Delivering

How long will my case take to be delivered?


Our promise is to deliver within five days, but our aim is to get your wine to you within three.




Where do you deliver to?


We deliver anywhere on the UK mainland. If you are elsewhere, please do get in touch at peter@altitudewines.co and we can discuss your delivery options.




How much does it cost to deliver?


We offer free delivery to the UK Mainland. If you would like us to deliver further afield, please get in touch with us at peter@altitudewines.co and we’d be happy to arrange delivery.




Do you do free delivery?


Yes we do.




What if I’m not in for my delivery?


First of all, on the day, our courier partner, DPD, will send you a message containing the approximate time of arrival, so you’ll know when to be in. If you can’t make it, there are two options available to you:

  1. Please specify a safe space for delivery when you make your order. You’ll need to input this when asked to submit ‘delivery instructions’ when processing your cart. If you've already ordered, please get in contact with us at peter@altitudewines.co and provide details of your safe space if need be.
  2. Our courier will try to deliver your wine three times. Should you still not be able to receive your wine, we will issue a refund.





Ordering

I’m having a problem ordering online: help!


That’s no problem: please contact the team at peter@altitudewines.co and we’ll process your order for you.





Returning

Can I have my money back if I don’t like the wines?


Yes, as a credit note. If you don't like any wine you've ordered, simply send us an email at peter@altitudewines.co and we will give you a credit note for the amount you initially ordered. We think you’ll end up liking the wine, so there’s no need to send them back, unless your order is larger than 12 bottles.




What if my delivery is damaged on arrival?


Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, it happens: we are sorry if it's happened to you. To get a fresh delivery, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Take a photo of the damage.
  2. Send the photo to peter@altitudewines.co including which bottles were damaged and your order number (it’s on the outside of the box).
  3. We will send you a fresh delivery.





Claiming vouchers

Do you sell gift certificates?


Not via our webite at the moment – but we plan to soon. If you are interested and desperately want one, please get in touch with us at peter@altitudewines.co




How do I claim my recommend-a-friend voucher?


Select your order as you would normally. At check-out there is a field for vouchers, simply put the code in and any discount or deal will be calculated and applied to your cart.




How do I claim my promotional offer?


Select your order as you would normally. At check-out there is a field for vouchers, simply put the promotional code in and any discount or deal will be calculated and applied to your cart.





Subscribing

How does the wine subscription work?


If you choose to subscribe one of our thematic cases we will take payment on the same day of every month for the duration of the subscription. Your monthly case will then be sent out to you once payment has been received.




How do I cancel my subscription?


If you'd really like to cancel the subscription please email us at peter@altitudewines.co with the headline "Cancelling Subscription" and we'll be sorry to see you go, but will take care of the rest. The cancelation will be immediate from when we receive your email.




How do I change my subscription to another case?


Simply email peter@altitudewines.co with your new preference and we will make the switch.




Can I subscribe to more than one case?


Certainly!
