How long will my case take to be delivered?
Our promise is to deliver within five days, but our aim is to get your wine to you within three.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere on the UK mainland.
How much does it cost to deliver?
We offer free delivery to the UK Mainland.
Do you do free delivery?
Yes we do.
What if I’m not in for my delivery?
Please specify a safe space for delivery when you make your order. You’ll need to input this when asked to submit ‘delivery instructions’ when processing your cart. If you've already ordered, please get in contact with us at email@example.com and provide details of your safe space if need be.
Our courier will try to deliver your wine three times. Should you still not be able to receive your wine, we will issue a refund.

Can I have my money back if I don’t like the wines?
What if my delivery is damaged on arrival?
Take a photo of the damage.
Send the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org including which bottles were damaged and your order number (it’s on the outside of the box).
We will send you a fresh delivery.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Not via our webite at the moment – but we plan to soon.
How do I claim my recommend-a-friend voucher?

How does the wine subscription work?
If you choose to subscribe one of our thematic cases we will take payment on the same day of every month for the duration of the subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you'd really like to cancel the subscription please email us at email@example.com with the headline "Cancelling Subscription" and we'll be sorry to see you go, but will take care of the rest. The cancelation will be immediate from when we receive your email.
How do I change my subscription to another case?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your new preference and we will make the switch.
Can I subscribe to more than one case?
