A time machine
I knew absolutely nothing about this winery: we just tried it one morning and it is absolutely delicious.
It is like jumping in a time machine, the wine is singing.
Perfect polymerisation, which means it's the moment to drink it. Dark to orange colour, nose smoky, leather, wild herbs and spice, bit of horse, very umani.
Can't stop drawing my nose back to the glass. Secondary to tertiary notes with liquorice and damson fruit on palate with a lot of depth and ripe tannins.
A mature mourvedre showing its softer side. Super long long finish.
